We've added a friendly deposit policy to our booking system. Why, you wonder?

We've spotted a trend of no-shows, and to keep things fair and ensure everyone gets the care they deserve we did this: a €10 deposit (per piercing) is to be paid to confirm an appointment, which we'll happily deduct from your total at your appointment. Your understanding is key, and we're thrilled about making this process smoother for everyone. ♥

When booking online, a deposit can be made via online banking/bancontact/payconiq.

When booking in-person at a studio, take a Helcity Piercing business card and contact me directly.
When booking via WhatsApp, you will receive a payment request via bancontact/payconiq.
At your appointment, we will deduct €10 (per piercing) from your cost and you may pay via cash/bancontact/payconiq.
