Anodizing Titanium
What is Anodizing?
Anodizing is like giving your titanium body jewelry a superpower boost against rust. It's a process that makes the outer layer of titanium stronger, turning it into titanium dioxide and enhancing its natural anti-corrosion abilities.
Why Anodize Body Jewelry?
Anodizing makes your jewelry tougher, smoother, and friendlier to your body. It removes tiny debris from the surface, creating a more durable and biocompatible piece. Plus, it adds a touch of color!

Benefits:
-
Durable and Smooth: Your jewelry becomes tougher and smoother, making it comfy and long-lasting.
-
Clean Surface: Anodizing cleans up the surface by removing tiny bits you can't even see, making it extra body-friendly.
-
Pretty Colors: Choose from a variety of colors to make your jewelry uniquely yours!
Color Fading:
The colored look isn't forever. After about a year of wearing, you might notice it fading back to its original silver color.

Color Limitations:
Unfortunately, some colors like Red and Black aren't possible.

How to Get Your Desired Color:
If you want a specific color for your first piercing, let me know when you book your appointment. You can also decide on the color on the day of your piercing and have it ready for your next visit when we resize it.

Important Note:
Since I'm a traveling piercer, I clean and sterilize all jewelry in my special clean room. Anodizing can't happen at the piercing spot, so it's crucial to pre-order your desired color. This ensures your jewelry is ready to shine when you come in for your piercing or resizing.
